When speaking English, if you don’t know or can’t remember a noun, it’s often better to use your English to describe it as a person, place or thing rather than to look up the word in the dictionary.
Just use the following three relative clauses:
- For a person, use the “WHO” clause.
- For a place, use the “WHERE” clause.
- For a thing, use the “THAT” clause.
